have been using this local company for almost 4 years now. I was hesitant in the beginning since they were new in the scene, but after a few jobs I enlisted them to do multiple tasks for my employer Citytowers, in Oakland Ca. Citytowers is a 231 units property with 3 high rises buildings. The works and locations are very challenging but they assembled multiplayer to deal with our demands. They are very prompt, courteous, professional and fair in their pricing. Their work was so well received that our comnanv other was so well received that our company other locations around the bay areas started to enlist their services. The draw back to their popularity is taking them away from my site when I needed lot of help. I was impressed by The Builder Duty Team’s excellent services. They are friendly, professional and efficient. I had an issue with my locks on two different doors. I called the Builder Duty in the morning and spoke with Ada. By 5pm of the same day, their worker was already at my door to fix my locks. TLDR: Are you looking for someone reliable, responsible, reasonable and professional to get your home renovated? Then look no further and go with Kai and Ada from BuilderDuty Inc! And here is why.... We moved to the bay area earlier this year and bought a house. The house was in an amazing location with lots of light BUT it needed a LOT of work. We did not know anybody in this area so we decided to call a few general contractors to get quotes. The process was not fun at all! Some refused to quote anything, some quoted us exorbitantly, some set up an appointment and never showed up! Finally we got a referral to BuilderDuty through an acquaintance and we decided to make one final call, and we are glad we did! Kai and Ada met us the very next day at the house, did a walk-through with us and went over all of our requests in detail. They also gave us an upfront per-sq-foot price for various types of work and later came back with the full quote which was very reasonable. We just had 15 days before had to move in! Ada and Kai understood this and allocated a sizable team to get the work completed at no additional cost to us. Ada was on site every day to make sure things are progressing. In the end they finished everything in 15 days, cleaned the house and left it to us in move-in ready condition. They also followed up with us periodically after we had moved in to see if we had any issues. We had a slight warp in the flooring due to wood movement in one area of the house about a month after we had moved in. Kai and Ada got this fixed immediately at no additional cost to us! BuilderDuty have been nothing but great to us, and we will gladly recommend them to our family and friends!
